HEAD OF (E)CRM - ECRM MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strong, united and inspiring leadership across all areas of function

Drive employee engagement through a collaborative and empowering leadership approach

Use experience and expertise to make decisions in the best interests of the client

Act as a role model in displaying the client values and leadership WOWs in all activity

Lead activity to increase shareholder value, EBIT and cash,maximise margins and achieve and sustain cost leadership

Achieve weekly sales and revenue targets

Ensure that investment is optimised and that ROIs are evidenced and achieve.

(Strategy) Align CRM strategies with customer behaviour and online/offline marketing plans to ensure consistency of customer experience and to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction and value

Accountable for performance of own business area and team

(Delivery) Work closely with the Head of Site Traffic to optimise the end to end process and the Head of Multi-channel strategy and delivery to access the multi-channel opportunity

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience of leading a CRM and ECRM team

Experience of defining and delivering CRM and ECRM strategies and plans

Experience of working with CRM agencies
