Head of Direct Marketing

Head of Direct Marketing - Direct and Digital Marketing - Budget - Stakeholder - Negotiating

My client, a leading broadcasting company is currently looking for a Head of Direct Marketing on a 3 month rolling contract based in London.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, and provide day-to-day line management for the Direct Marketing team, including setting out clear objectives, responsibilities & performance standards
- Provide feature leadership for the Direct Marketing features, both during development process and ongoing
- Act as business lead during procurements for new direct marketing systems

Requirements:

- Direct and digital marketing as an experienced practitioner
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, able to build rapport and credible, trusted and strong working relationships
- Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to and persuade people both internally and externally
- Experience of balancing creative aspirations with efficient use of limited resources and ensuring teams manage allocated budgets effectively
