Head Of Direct- Insurance

I am currently looking to shortlist CVs for a Head of Direct Insurance contract role, for a financial services client in the North of the UK.

Location: NORTH
Duration: 5- months
Rate: £600-750 p/d.
Start Date: ASAP

Skills Required:
Strong financial acumen. Actuarial/Accountancy skills preferred
* A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the general
insurance market, products & providers.
* Experience in developing strategic responses for areas of own
responsibility and as part of the broader General Insurance leadership team
* Proven leadership qualities with the capacity to guide,
motivate, inspire and add value through others and co-ordinate, direct and personally lead engagement activity.
* Excellent communication skills (writtenexperience of interpreting
management, market and financial information, knowledge & experience of budget setting, control & planning.
* Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen with a full
understanding of the Financial Services Market and the general insurance value chain
* Detailed understanding of the external regulatory environment.
Strong knowledge of the internal risk and governance framework and the FCA conduct regime.
