Head of Digital Transformation Technology - Brussels
Our client is embarking on a large digital transformation programme and they are looking for a Head of Digital Transformation Technology to help drive the programme forward.
Your background:
Outstanding experience in major Technology and Digital driven transformation programs
Technology Delivery leadership
Excellent experience of several of key areas (eg Cloud, OM/OE, CRM, APIs, channels, etc)
Excellent experience in Telco industry and/or relevant industries such as Utilities or Banking
Excellent track-record of working on Software Vendors and SI Vendors selection, contracting and management
Strong understanding of how Technology brings value to accelerate business
Agile and V-Cycle delivery methodologies
Additional skills
Broad leadership in Technology transformation in addressing C-level and D-level (Technology, Business)
Leadership by content influencing CxO, Directors and Management
Leadership, Change and Communication capabilities
Ability to execute complex transformation across a wide range of partners
Strong interpersonal savvy in a complex technology environment
Strong resilience
