Head of Digital IT

Duration: Long term mission

Location: Brussels

Reporting to: IT Director

Department: Transformationaligning with the system architectural landscape
- Steers IT deliveries of all the domains related to the Digital Transformation
- Translates global DT architecture and plan coherent and consistent IT deliveries and ensures its integration with the Legacy systems
- Manages end-to-end quality of delivery provided by the solution vendors and SIs
- Ensures that all IT deliveries are in line with the defined and validated DT roadmap and comply with the Enterprise Architecture and Security guidelines and policies
- Manages the IT budgets for the DT domains
- Creates operating model for the new digital IT function to achieve better efficiency and output
- Collaborates with Enterprise Architects, IT Domain Managers, projects/program managers, SIs, product vendors, Operations and other support functions

Education/Experience

- University degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing complex and transversal IT applications portfolio
- Large exposure to various IT operating models
- Outstanding experience in major technology and digital driven transformation programmes
- Expertise in several technologies (cloud, order management/entry, CRM, open API, microservices )
- Strong expertise in the management of solution vendors and system integrators
- Agile & waterfall delivery methodologies
