Head of Digital Acquisition

Projektbeschreibung

The successful candidate will be required to

- Own, develop, implement and enhance existing channel acquisition strategies for Digital channels to drive profitable growth (Pull channels) and new channel acquisition strategies that look to drive new customers (Push channels).
- Set out strategic and tactical plans to maintain market leadership month by month through new acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor and review the performance of investment initiatives; building cases for future activity and requires remaining market leaders (pricing, promos, new channel investments etc).
- Build detailed commercial (BAU and ad-hoc) tracking with Marketing Analytics team to ensure insight in place to drive commercial strategies.

The ideal candidate will be able to have:

- Budget Management - manage the budget efficiently by building effective market plans by channel based on costs and capacity by channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: lead and influence cross-functional teams achieving alignment and buy-in to delivery when this might oblige individuals and work groups to change or add to their daily job content.
- Take business challenges and problems and build strong strategies and tactical plans to maintain market leadership

It is essential that the successful candidate will have:

- Mastery in developing online marketing strategies driven by a focus on customer, competition, communications and cost.
