Head of Derivatives Project Manager BA Team Leader / Team Manager Fixed Income IT

I am seeking a strong team manager who can lead this investment banking giants BA and PM staff across front-to-back derivatives programme of change.

You will be managing the London Derivatives Project Services team, comprising mainly of business analysts and a project manager (approximately 10 staff). You will also have some responsible for technical staff based offshore. You will use your team and your project management background to deliver key strategic programmes including a new confirmations solution, confirmations regulatory trade reporting and new post trade platform Implementations.

As the Head of Derivatives Project Manager BA Team Leader / Team Manager, you will be liaising with the Fixed Income IT relationship managers and managing the global Operations and Front-Office relationships across all derivative business lines, and managing a global, scalable Project Services function that coordinates all change coming into Derivatives IT and provides an efficient and effective service to our customers.

This is a permenent role based inCanaryWharf. Salary is open dependent on experience.

Requirements

* Significant front-to-back derivatives experience in a global financial institution, preferably in a mix of business and technical capacities.
* A proven record of delivering projects in a structured Front to Back IT environment from conception to implementation. Full project life cycle experience from requirements gathering to post-delivery assessment and review.
* Strong project management and business analysis skills.
* Ability to lead and mentor a global team of BA's, manage the analysis book of work and resource allocation, as well as the ultimate project delivery.
* Line management and effective functional management of a globally dispersed team.
