Head of Delivery - IT Managed Services - Essex - £350+

WBRS are currently seeking a Head of Delivery/Managed Service Lead to join an impressive Telecommunications business who are looking to grow their new IT Managed Services Business across the South of England.

Our client has started taking a number of their existing Telco clients into the cloud (Microsoft 365) and have seen a gap in the market to migrate SME's across to 365 and then managed the service thereafter.

We are looking for an individual to join the business on an initial 6 month contract who has both the technical and commercial experience/knowledge to take them to the next level by formalising SLAs, building the support teams and supporting the PM's in managing the initial migrations.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Strong IT Managed Service Background
- Experience of growing a team from the ground up
- Technical IT background (Cloud knowledge highly beneficial)
- Strategic outlook on building a practice
- Passionate and forward thinking

Following a 6 month contract whereby you will have built the team and successfully laid out the immediate road map moving forward, there will an opportunity to join the business permanently and really grow the practice out into other MS areas (including private clouds etc)
