Head of Data Management - Eagle PACE

Head of Data Management Strategy & Delivery - Front and Middle Office As Head of Data Management Strategy and Delivery you will be responsible for both the strategic roadmap and the delivery of all aspects of data management within this Global Asset Management Organisation. Since Eagle Pace is used by the Asset Management Organisation, experience of managing Eagle Pace projects or strategising these is essential. In addition the role will include you to: * Contribute/create a strategy for EMEA information delivery * Develop a plan for rollout and adoption of info delivery strategy above * Identify gaps for data management in EMEA and create a plan to fill those gaps * Provide solutions/approve solutions for implementations in EMEA * Responsible for overall delivery of the workstream on behalf of the business, operations and IT. This includes: * Subject Matter Expert for info delivery and data management * Define detailed requirements and identify gaps * Identify and engage owners for gaps and track gap resolution * Facilitate solutions by working with IT, Product and Implementation Architects * Creates/maintains Detailed Project Plan and Detailed Decisions Log * Provide updates to the Project Admin to facilitate the maintenance of the Integrated Project Plan, Integrated Decision Log and other artifacts * Leads the business review and approval of project documentation * Leads User Acceptance Test and provides signoff on the solution to approve production readiness * Leads operational readiness planning as part of implementation, such as process and procedure development In order to apply for this role, you must have all of the following: - Expertise in both Eagle Pace and a reporting tool such Kurtosys, Equipos or Vermilion - Extensive asset management experience - Data management background with the front or middle office - Experienced in strategic planning and project delivery - Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills Location - City ofLondon Package: Base of 100 - 130k plus bens and bonus Key words: - Eagle Pace, Data Management, Project Management, Information Delivery, Strategy
