Projektbeschreibung

Our client requires a Head of Customer Services to maintain and optimise a high quality, controlled, compliant and cost effective customer services outsourced function for Europe ensuring customers are treated fairly at all times. Work with local countries in supporting their customer service needs delivered through a single customer service centre. Identify opportunities for improvement in compliance, quality, service and cost.

Ensure the customer gets a good quality service experience, consistent with the TCF principles and there are controls to make this reliable and visible to the business. Gather feedback from complaints and service questionnaires to constantly improve the service

Develop customer persistency and retention strategy to improve the lifetime value of customers. Ensure this is in line with TCF principles. Work with each local country in development of local retention programmes, monitoring and reporting on progress.

Candidates applying must have experience in a similar Head of Customer Services role, have experience of Treating Customers Fairly and have worked within an FSA regulated environment. Candidates must also have experience within operations also.

This is a 6 month contract paying a pro rata salary of £65-75K. There may be a possiblity of a permanent role at the end of the contract however this cannot be guaranteed.
