MY DUTIES:

-Responsible for improving the usage of electronic shipping solutions and the automation of customers’ shipping-related processes
-Actively lead and support a team of 9 across the country and collaborate with other country IT departments and business partners in customer facing proposals, project deliveries, call center technical services and support resolutions
-Create and deliver the country IT Roadmap, including customer implementations, continuous improvement initiatives and solution migration projects
-Assign department resources to ensure ongoing run support and delivery of customer facing changes and projects, provide visibility regularly and resolve prioritization decisions with IT Management and business stakeholders
-Serve as point of escalation to resolve conflicts and clear roadblocks
-Foster a collaboration culture through teamwork, development planning, best practice sharing and active leadership
-Working relationship with the Head of Program Management to adopt formal processes and scheduling for the deployment of highly integrated customer system platforms
-Deliver and enhance the roadmap of customer electronic solutions
-Institutionalise, improve and secure support services provided both internally and outsourced

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
-Extensive relevant experience in Customer Facing IT and direct management
-Experience in IT related development, deployment and support
-Experience with XML- and EDI systems
-Experience in large sophisticated organizations with high volume/high transaction environment including the physical shipment of goods
-Energetic, enthusiastic, result oriented and passionate about new technologies
-Skilled in communicating with technical and non-technical employees
-Fluency in German, English business fluent (written and spoken), French is an advantage
