Head of Customer Contact Centre Strategy - Insurance

The purpose is to implement a robust strategy to deliver improved contact centre processes and excellence in line with a new technology implementation which will upgrade the communication systems.

The role works across all parts of the organization which use voice to interact with customers.

# Key Requirements:
*You will be highly familiar with a call centre environment
*You will have a prior experience taking customer call centres to excellence
*Excellent customer experience
*Understanding of multiple channels
*Ability to shape and influence channel strategy and to exude credibility at senior (board and manco) level
*Although this is a strategic, non technical role, you will be required to have a good understanding of voice technologies (telephony, web chat.)
*If you have done this in an Insurance or Telecoms environment it would be highly desirable
