This Financial Services firm, based in Bournemouth, has an exciting senior role for a Head of Customer Acquisition in this short-term, high profile challenge.

This is an interim role which allows you to help transform a business and make your mark in implementing change. You will be the key driver in a large scale transformational project to increase new customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

*Create a 'best in class' capability that delivers unbeatable, insight-driven marketing campaigns.
*Ensure that every customer gets the right offer at the right time through the right channel.
*Be an inspirational leader, with solid professional gravitas, bringing your team to a high performing level.
*Command a multi-million pound budget, which you'll use to develop compelling, integrated campaigns using both digital and offline media.
*Combine online and offline teams to create multi-skilled, multi-channel professionals - all within a fast-changing environment.
*Enhance the online capability, maximising all data and refining the sales operations.

A highly skilled professional, you'll ensure that innovation brings results: engaging new customers, driving income, profit return and enhancing the existing acquisition capability.

The ideal candidate will be:

*Confident, driven and talented, as well as being the kind of engaging, dynamic leader who relishes the idea of a heavy-weight challenge and will thrive in a highly visible role.
*Eager to connect with the rest of the business, visiting other teams and areas to tackle campaign performance.
*Highly experienced working in insight-driven B2C integrated marketing acquisition, across a number of sectors and categories.
*Capable of managing £multi-million budgets; delivering complex, media campaigns; and leading an array of marketing activities - all while getting the best out of high-performing teams.
*Visionary, which will be crucial in instigating change, winning the support of executive management, as well as individual staff.
*Experience in Financial Services isn't essential although you will ideally have a background of working in a regulated environment, with acute commercial sense and the drive to generate sales.
