Head of CRM Salesforce / Integration Manager Salesforce (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf

For one of our main customers, a big portal provider, we are looking for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:

Your primary responsibilities:

Responsible for the Salesforce integration into the German market by guiding all involved teams and leading the technical implementation.

Advisor for the executive stakeholders
-

Assess business requirements, co-create the future vision for success and map to Salesforce’s solutions
-

Position the end-to-end vision and value of the Salesforce platform as well as other SF touching services and tools like Quotes, Pricing or Customer Service Frameworks.
-

Collaborate with Technical Architects and Business teams to determine the details and value of the proposed architecture
-

Stay up to date with the latest updates and trends in the industry and Salesforce’s solutions as well as competitive solutions
-

Deliver font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">Support in designing transformational technical solutions to meet the business requirements in accordance with industry best practices
-

Guiding and mentor the implementation teams on the project

Your key competencies:

-

Previous practitioner and/or implementation experience of Salesforce solutions or relevant solutions
-

Working collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative thinking
-

A good understanding of enterprise application integration, and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and master data management.
-

Salesforce platform development experience and relevant salesforce certifications
-

Experience overseeing larger transformation initiatives
-

Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new technologies and functionality and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
-

Previous development or project management experience

Basic parameters:

Location: Düsseldorf

Duration: asap - September 2021 (optional + 6 Month)

Starting with 2 days homeoffice per week (possiblity of change into 3 days later in the project)

Workload: 4-5 days per week

Order related traveling during project may be possible

Project language: german and english
