Head of Cost Management

Our Financial Services client has an opportunity for a Head of Cost Management to lead and drive the delivery of financial performance for the Group Services Division.

Candidates should have previous experience of financial performance management, forecasting and modelling; capacity analysis; cost efficiency initiatives. As a senior member of the Cost Management leadership team you will play a key role in development and implementation of the Cost Management transformation agenda.

Skills Required:

- Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- The ability to successfully lead a team of finance professionals
- Have financial services knowledge including insight into industry trends and methods, products, cost drivers etc.
- Personal credibility in Finance and related function/technical areas
- Proven record of strong leadership and collaboration and results orientation.
- Cost reduction, supply and value chain management
- IT/Property Cost Management

Financial Services is a pre-requisite along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
