As a key member of the Corporate Executive and Corporates Leadership Team, the Head of Corporate Sales is responsible for inspiring, motivating and leading the entire Corporate sales team in the delivery of sales volume and gross margin targets.
Responsibilities:
* Motivate and lead a sales team that is dedicated to delivering the customer acquisition and retention plans for corporate in a sustainable, customer focused and profitable manner.
* Lead the Sales Excellence programme
* To ensure that sales made are of a high quality, facilitating a great customer experience
* Ensure that sales made are in line with pricing guidance and are compliant from regulatory and legal perspective
* To deliver sales orientated change projects that form part of the annual Corporates change programme
* Lead a team of 130
* 7 Direct reports
Key Skills:
* Extensive experience of leading and motivating a large sales operation in a B2B environment
* Experience of leading extensive change programmes, including behavioural change with sales teams
* First class sales and negotiation skills
* Utilities background
