Head of Contracting Analytics

I am looking to hire a Head of Contracting Analytics for one of my public sector client.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

The successful applicant will need extensive experience in healthcare contracting and planning, at Director or Associate Director level. They are likely to have a background in contracting performance and finance (including extensive experience with acute providers), as well as significant experience of delivery of BI programmes to standardize and automate contracting analytics. They will have experience of working within complex organizational structures and with managing services to multiple CCGs or other customers.

KEY TASK DELIVERABLE:

Must be able to lead complex teams and work effectively across BI and provider management. Must demonstrate experience of delivering effective BI services in a complex environment. Extensive knowledge of healthcare information flows, provider management and contracting. They will have exceptional communication, relationship and team management skills to enable them to deliver to the job role.
