Head of Retail Conduct Risk
Day Rate: £700-£900
Head of Retail Conduct Risk is required to support a new initiative/team. To deliver best practice policy, framework to manage the change and to deliver to the business for a 6 month period. Must come from a regulatory and compliance background.
Key responsibilities:
To set up and deliver guidance on best practice for the delivery of conduct risk.
To deliver and initiate type processes, policies and frameworks.
To interface with the business's and key senior stakeholders.
Achieve business buy-in.
To operate at senior level to develop team and aid in creation of.
To manage the change and deliver to the business.
Attributes required:
Must have solid background in conduct and retail regulatory risk.
Strong commercial influence around conduct risk.
Previously oparated at senior level.
Strong stakeholder management.
