Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Head of Complaints Performance Analysis. 

Skills required:
- Extensive complaints experience
- Extensive banking background
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance around complaints, specifically TCF.
- Previous operations management experience
- Able to deal at strategic level
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
