HEAD OF COMPLAINTS required with COMMERCIAL BANKING experience for one of the leading RETAIL BANK based in London to come on board and assist them with a CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROJECT.
This will initially be a 3 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT. The role is offering up to £650PD for the right candidate and you will be based in the CITY OF LONDON.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Leading Team
- Developing End to End Process
- Programme to BAU function
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- An Experienced Head of Customer Complaints
- Experience in handling customer complaints
- Knowledge of financial products
- Strong leadership skills
- Good documentation skills
- Experience with external regulators and partners
- Team Management experience
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
- Must have Commercial Banking background
MUST HAVE
- Customer Complaints background
- Strong commercial banking background- familiar with banking products
- Extensive Stakeholder management skills
Rates £650PD
Location- LONDON
