Head of Complaints £1000 per day

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a large well-known FTSE 100 within the Banking and Financial Services sector. We are looking for a head of complaints who has worked in Banking/Financial Services and within the Change/Transformation arena! The ideal candidate will act as head for all complaints form consumer and client alike.

The Role:
Managing and heading teams throughout the UK and EU, The successful candidate will be experienced at delivering business operational functions and dealing with complaints specifically around TCF (Treating Customers Fairly)

Required Skills: MUST HAVE
Banking and Financial Services Experience
TCF (Treating Customers Fairly)
Customer Journey
Understanding of Consumer Behaviour
Regulatory and Auditing experience and able to translate information on an operational level
Operational background
Dealing with COO's and Higher level management
Dealing with complaints (Customer Complaints & Consumer Complaints B2B)
Strong leadership skills with evidence of managing across locations
Delivering within challenging environments.
Worked within Change
