Head of Communications/Internal/External/Cultural Transformation 

Our client, a Financial Services organisation, is searching for a Head of Communications to lead the Communications Function and ensure delivery of the communications strategy, including the social media strategy.

Main duties will include:- - Manage the transition of employees and communications processes, policies, products, services and technology.
- Develop and deliver a brand for the organisation.
- Develop and implement the employee engagement strategy to change and build the target culture for the organisation.
- Design, develop and deliver an integrated, best in class internal and external communications strategy for the organisation.
- Lead the Communications Function for the organisation: Internal Communications team (8), Media Relations and Public Affairs (5) and Economics & Briefing (3).
- Ensure the external positioning of the Bank is appropriate and exercise expert judgement in engaging with the media, policy makers that directly influence the reputation of the organisation and its share price.
- Develop and deliver the employee engagement strategy.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading and delivering communications to effect cultural transformation. Experience of internal/external communications and social media is essential.

Financial Services experience is a pre-requisite, along with good stakeholder management, strong communication skills.
