Scope of work

- Review/assess current internal comms approach/channels and activities and recommend an integrated approach (framework, methodology and plan) that supports the business goals
- Establish an external comms and engagement framework for next 12 months including recommendations for agency support across consumer and corporate PR. Ensure internal and external plans and approach are integrated.
- As part of these recommendations, include a business case that results in a £100,000 cost saving.
- Oversee and manage all current BAU comms activity for the duration of the assignment
