I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large government organisation who are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the Preparation and Negotiation of a Multi-Billion contract transition.

Key Tasks and Deliverables for the Head of Commercial-

-Build and develop a commercial function which supports the organisations development into an intelligent customer of services to support transitions.
- Commercial leadership of early market engagement activity to test market viability, including developing effective market engagement mechanisms to enable such interaction whilst remaining within procurement parameters.

Leading on the development of commercial principles for each deal and ensuring their effective incorporation in service agreements.
-To manage a portfolio of multifaceted commercial projects and commercial transactions

Experience Required
-The professional interim will be required to demonstrate experience and competence in developing negotiation strategies, underpinned by successful track record of leading and influencing Industry negotiations.
