Are you an experienced Head of Collections & Recoveries Manager looking for a fantastic new challenge? This role will cover a range of portfolio's including Banking operations, mortgage operations and Retail operations. You will be part of the senior leadership team managing a team of 30/40 people and an offshore team of 200. In the role your responsibility will be to * Execute collection and recovery strategies * Work with the business portfolio's * Drive industry insight and impairments * Work with Stakeholders who are involved in credit risk decisions. To qualify for the role you need the following skills * Expert skills in Collections and Recoveries * Knowledge of the Credit Risk lifecycle * Excellent communication skills
