My client, one of the fastest growing credit card issuers, requires an experienced Collections Manager to be based out of their Leeds office. The role will involve establishing a Collections function.
Role responsibilities and key experience required:
- Proven experience of setting up a Collections function and managing the migration of existing customers.
- Experience of using First Vision CACS and Triad systems.
- Communicating brilliantly with teams, setting high standards and inspiring them to deliver for customers and the business on a daily basis.
- Leading by example in having empathy for customers in difficult situations and finding solutions that are right for them and the business.
- Keeping calm under pressure and always having a positive attitude.
Location: Leeds
Rate: £500+ per day
DURATION: 3 MONTHS +
