This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced manager to secure a pivotal role in the delivery of data solutions within a successful consultancy.

THE COMPANY

This leading analytics consultancy specialise in providing their impressive client base with data-driven marketing solutions. Through analysis of customer and sales data, they refine their clients' customer contact strategies, improve customer loyalty, and optimise overall marketing performance and ROI.

THE ROLE

You will lead the development of customer-centric data and strategic solutions for clients, ensuring that the correct resources are used in the most efficient and effective way. You will work with internal teams as well as external clients to understand their needs and project manage the creation, delivery, and implementation of data solutions that will improve marketing and overall business performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have the following ESSENTIAL skills and experience:

- High quality degree (2:1 or above)
- Experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Experience in project management and delivery of data solutions
- Experience in a client-facing position
- Excellent communication skills

A candidate will find the following to be ADVANTAGEOUS in application for the position:

- Experience working in a retail environment/with retail clients
- Detailed understanding of ETL processes, Datamodelling, campaign processing
- Understanding of SQL, Oracle databases

THE BENEFITS

The successful Head of Client Solutions will have the opportunity to earn up to £75,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.
