Head of Client Experience

My client is a leading Corporate & Retail bank and are looking for a Head of Client Experience who will be responsible for the design and implementation of the client experience strategy with respect to KYC for Global Corporate Banking and for ensuring its on-going improvement. The current focus of the strategy is on-going work within Financial Crime to define a Target Operating Model for KYC, CDD and EDD.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for driving delivery of Client experience design within the wider Target Operating Model for KYC.
2. Ensure coverage stakeholders understand and acknowledge the scope, purpose and deliverables of the Target Operating model for KYC.
3. You will also be responsible for business change management ensuring that necessary changes to the business are implemented effectively.

Key skills required for this role:
1. A leader who is driven with the focus on client- driven solutions, strategy setting and decision making and must come from Corporate Banking environment.
2. You must have experience of target operating model and effective planning skills.
3. You must have solid change management and business management experience within client customer in corporate banking.
