You will be responsible for managing the Fostering, Adoption and Children in Care service. You will drive and deliver performance improvement.
Essential Skills:
- Must have extensive experience within the Fostering, Adoption and Children in Care service
- Experience of contributing to performance improvement.
- Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory framework.
This is a key role for an individual who will be able to quickly establish where the issues are and how they need be addressed. You will be an excellent communicator who is driven, proactive and confident in delivery.
