Head Of Business Training Services

The main purpose of the job is to take a strategic approach to managing and delivering training programmes for major investment projects and core financial and systems training. This will involve working proactively with project and business leads to understand and develop an overview of emerging training needs to develop an integrated training offer which optimises costs and efficiencies by effective deployment of an internal pool of training managers and trainers, augmented where appropriate with external providers.

Duties
*Develop a strategy and operating model for Business Training Services
*Develop a methodology for resourcing and scheduling the work of the Business Training Services team.
*Lead the design and development of training courses and materials
*Develop an evaluation methodology for Business Training Services
*Manage the Business Training Services Team
