Head of Business Process Management (f/m)

Our Client is a multinational corporation with more than 10.000 employees worldwide and more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. For its location in Vienna we are looking for a fulltime "Head of Business Process Management" (f/m).

Ihre Haupttätigkeiten:

·Business Process Management, including all normal activities required for day to day management
·Define the internal end-state BPM / BAM architecture, ensuring coherence with the internal Enterprise Architecture and IT strategy.
·Define the roadmap to implement above architecture.
·Define the BPM development lifecycle; from requirements gathering to solution design, development, and deployment.
·Determine the desired end-state business process modelling capabilities required
·Define the framework and supporting processes for business process governance and change management.
·Working with stakeholders across the business and IT to ensure alignment to internal approach
·Identify any gaps in current level of BPM / BAM delivery capabilities and tools, both within function and across the broader organisation; define and execute on a plan to address those gaps
·Drive the adoption of the business process governance and change management-framework
·Agree framework SLA for business and IT incl. approach to managing incl. monitoring, trouble-shooting, and continuous improvement
·Driving excellence in business process management across the organisation both within the function and across the organisation - driving appropriate investment in training, tools, capabilities and resources
·End to end leadership of all BPM / BAM aspects of the project, from design to roll-out.
·Cooperating closely with; Business Process Owners, IT Management (i.e. Solution Management, Enterprise architects, IT Operations management), and project management.

Ihr Profil:

·Several year's analysis, design and development of business process applications in a variety of industries
·Expertise in on-going maintenance and continuous improvement of BPM / BAM implementation(s) for mission critical processes within the last 5 years
·Working proficiency in many of the key software products and tools to be utilized within GB's BPM technology stack
·Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in requirements analysis and business process modelling standards
·Experienced in conducting BPM /Process maturity audits and assessments and developing plans to address
·Experience in Agile development methodology, activation participation in Scrum teams, and utilization / management of on-site and off-shore suppliers is a plus.
·Proven track record with international, cross-functional, multi-country, multi-year business projects
·Fachhochschule / Polytechnic / University degree
·Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
