One of our client, an international brand Telco Operator operating in Oman, is looking to hire a Head of Business Planning (Marketing Business Unit).
Role: Head of Business Planning
Contract: 6 months (extendable)
Location: Muscat, Oman
Client: Operator
The role would involve:
- Preparing the business planning for the Operator's Consumer, the Annual Operational Plan inputs and models, with focus on revenue planning for cor offerings in the Fixed and Mobile communications markets.
- Managing the cross-departmental Marketing Planning on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Produce strategic input to the annual plans and operations, with analysis and reporting (Churn forecasts, Inactivity forecasts etc)
- Monitor Commercial & Marketing performance through commercial KPIs reporting and products performance follow-up including budgets follow-up.
- Manage the Geographic analysis for radio coverage planning, campaigns and tactical Marketing, Distribution activities.
- Supports the senior leadership team getting Nawras products and services defined, prioritized and delivered.
Only candidates with the following qualifications would be contacted:
- Master's degree education
- Professional Qualifications (Analytical Certification)
- 10 years of working experiences where:
- 6-7 years in planning preferably in telecom
- 2-3 years in Geographical planning
4. Strong Business Planning & Monitoring skills
5. International or Emerging market experiences (preferred)
