Head of Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Act as Head of Data Architecture and Business Intelligence Team
- Define data strategies
- Manage a large team of approx 35 people
- Define the data stack architecture & data pipe management (administration of Data Warehouse, implementation of data marts...)
- Manage and control creation and optimization of business reports
- Ensure quality, data security and governance: implementation of automated tests, creation of data quality management dashboard
- Ensure technology watch in collaboration with team members to identify new functionalities and best practices
- Promote and develop data culture
- Support IT and Business departments to ensure data consistency, freshness and reliability
- Guide Agile Product Teams on data operations

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven ETL and Informatica expertise
- Proven experience in Development and Integration 
- Proven experience in Microsoft BI Suite
- Experience in modelling and design of a Data Warehouse (Kimball & Inmon)
- Experience in Agile methodology   
- Knowledge of any other BI Reporting Tool appreciated
