There will be plenty of time spent with the P&L Heads, their Marketing teams, the Brand and Advertising teams… (you know the score) to ensure our marketing propositions and executions continually bring our brand strategy to life. Energetic, motivated and used to hearing 'Why didn't I think of that?' from your peers, you'll also work with internal teams to inspire our people to live the O2 brand values in everything they do. The essentials… - You've successfully developed and driven brand and marketing strategy within large and complex organisations - You're experienced in running major strategic projects - An amazing communicator, you're able to engage and influence senior management, cross-functional and virtual teams - You have high-level vision and an insatiable appetite for 'better'.
