Head of Base Marketing
I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Head of Base Marketing on a contractual basis for a leading telecommunications company in Berkshire.

This is a high profile role requiring a CRM professional with a proven track record in driving transformational change. This role will be instrumental in defining and driving the design and delivery of key components across people, process and technology, as well as a BAU programme of in-life base marketing activity across 4 major product lines.

Responsibilities for the role include:
*Owning the in-life Base marketing budget targets and the campaigns and initiatives to deliver these.
*Building a high performing team of in-life base marketers and actively investing in the success of the team and working to raise their profile within the business.
*Developing a brand led lifestage framework and KPIs and rolling this out into the wider business.
*Taking leadership on existing Base Marketing projects delivering a (CLM) "Customer life cycle marketing" capability and owning new projects.

Experience required for the role:
*Experience of working in a Base Marketing role in a leadership position.
*Experience of leading transformational change.
*Coaching and developing of teams.
*Expert knowledge of the technical aspects of CRM, particularly in regards to data.
*Strategic thinker able to translate big ideas into concrete plans.
