We are looking for a Head of Bank Alliances for a company in the banking sector located in Brussels.

Tasks

- Assure the continuity of the strategic Bank Alliances business within the LBL MS&T
- Lead a team of 2 Bank Alliances Key Account Managers
- Make sure the continuity of this strategic business

Profile:

- Strong sales and customer interaction experience
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus
- Interest in relationship management and business development
- Able to coach and mentor the service Delivery Managers, Process Managers and Alliance Managers
- Must be able to act like a diplomat, lobbying to align all parties and keep them aligned
- Able to talk to and act on many organizational levels
- Entrepreneurial skill to develop new things
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage complex partnerships
- Represent the company with senior-level executive counterparts
- Must have a long term focus on the joint relationship, managing the interests from both parties
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus
- Fluent in English AND French or Dutch
- No remote possible
