An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Assets W&E.
5-10 years delivering senior management positions within infrastructure asset management, along with experience within a relevant Utilities background. Along with having experience within this industry a technical and financial knowledge of the functions of the W&E sector is required.
A Comprehensive understanding of the water industry and regulatory framework
Ability to manage large budgets.
Strong Management and change management skills with the ability to performance manage if needed.
Ability to Lead a large FTE and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
They ability to make decisions immediately along with maintaining the key interests of the business
A strong influencer, as will need to communicate across both the business and 3rd Parties.
