My Client:

My client is a leading digital marketing communications company with 8 regional offices. They currently service an International client list including the major studios, film and TV distributers as well as major brands outside the entertainment industry

Job Description:

As the Head of Analytics you have an overall responsibility my clients Social Analytics product suite, methodology and reporting processes.

You will be expected to work closely with clients to understand their overall business requirements and commercial objectives. You will deliver profitable, market leading product solutions to exceed your client's expectation.

Key responsibilities:

Day to Day Delivering analytics reports to current client base Adding strategic marketing insights always being aware of upsell opportunities. Making sense of data & help your clients to understand their audiences Enhance your existing analytics proposition and product portfolio. Looking at ways to develop new products Developing new analytic solutions for different Ensuring that we are not over or under delivering on specific projects Work closely with executional team to ensure our PR and social efforts reflect the insights and findings Develop 'real time' marketing solutions Develop predictive analytics and modelling solutions

Client Relations Maintaining strong relationships with all film client contacts at the highest level Provide strategic counsel to clients where possible Generate creative ideas and communication solutions for client pitching and business Offer market knowledge and business intelligence to clients on a continual basis. Ensure retention with existing clients whilst keeping an eye on additional business opportunities and revenue streams.

New Business Development Project sell-in from existing clients. Develop leads and identify potential new clients in complementary areas of business Become a player in new business pitches Help build confidence and support junior staff Conduct market/competitor research for new business pitches/proposals
