Head of Analysis / Director - Investment Banking

A unique opportunity has arisen with a global Investment Banking for a Head of Analysis Function or Director level candidate to take responsibility of global analysis staff and projects relating to IT as well as the Business.

It will be essential to have worked at a senior level running large analysis programmes and underpin this experience with a proven and consistent track record within a global Investment Bank. It will be necessary to have a proven track record of front to back analysis, both hands on and managing a team of analysts.

Essential Requirements

-Director / Head of Analysis experience within an Investment Bank running multi-project / programmes
-Proven track record of managing and maintaining all areas of IT, in particular managing a front to back analysis project
-Must be hands on, managing and leading a team of analysts and able to lead by example on certain analysis projects
-Experience of undertaking a large reorganizations within the business whilst maintaining staff moral and delivery targets
-Able to build strong relationships and challenge others in a professional and direct way
-Experience of monitoring risk and regulation throughout a global programme
-International experience
