Head of Aggregator Channel

Leading Insurance organisation requires Head of Aggregator Channel to lead cross functional development and delivery of business strategy for a significant and fast growing channel for the personal lines business to achieve budgeted profitability and market share through excellent account management.

You will be required to personally manage strategic relationships with each Aggregator including commercial and contract negotiations.
Drive cross functional development of channel strategy to deliver channel value, market share and ROE and develop and own a coherent plan to deliver Aggregator strategy and business plan financials.
Previous Stakeholder management will be an advantage as you will be required to manage stakeholders to drive strategic progress and ensure delivery of the strategic plan.
Reporting on channel performance and ensuring delivery of channel budget (MI and Commentary) as well as leading cross functional working to build channel insight and drive deployment to optimise trading performance.An understanding of the economics of the channel and the partnerships in sufficient detail to drive improvements will be required.

This role would suit a high potential senior manager with excellent leadership, commercial and account management expertise with a strong appreciation of E-commerce trading, supplier management and operational delivery processes.
