My local authority client is currently looking for an interim Head of Access & Inclusion for an initial 6 month contract to provide strategic leadership around SEN and Inclusion.
The role will have management responsibility for:
- Education Psychology Service
- SEN Inclusion Service
- Post 16 Oversight
- Social Behaviour Inclusion Team
The key responsibility for this role is to oversee strategic planning in relation to SEN and Disability provision, EPS, SEN Early Years and oversight of the commissioned outreach services.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have strategic experience of working on issues relating to vulnerable children and young people and an understanding of the legislative framework. It is also important that you have experience around management of significant budgets and grant applications.
