The Client:

Our client, a Global Consultancy, currently requires an HDS Storage Architect for a 12 month rolling contract in Luxembourg.

Role:

Plan, design, implement and execute testing to support storage solution development for HDS storage technologies.
Act as the Subject matter expert for HDS Storage technologies
Develop and deliver test plan, reports, technical presentations, addressing various areas of the storage solution in agreed time frames.
Support, assist, and consult with various levels through delivery of technical presentations and reports.
Responsible for on-going recommendations and best practices for storage solutions around business continuity, high availability, backup, recovery and archiving.
Responsible for on-going management of configuration and layout of platform and storage infrastructure.
Define issues and drive resolution with operations and vendors.
Perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
Reports the work done and the status of projects tasks to project manager and parent organisation weekly

Candidate:

Excellent fundamental knowledge in RAID, disk Network, etc.
3+ years experience with HDS storage.
5+ years of relevant technical experience in storage environment
Good technical, documentation and communication skills

Salary:

Up to €600 depending on experience
