Our client a global consultancy is looking to hire on a 3 months Rolling contract a HCM Workday Consultant with strong Integration/Data conversions skills.
The ideal HCM Workday Consultant must have a strong background in HCM; the implementation Consultant will be responsible for supporting the successful design and implementation of enterprise-scale HCM solutions for clients. Working closely with client business teams and internal delivery teams to drive the scope, definition and delivery management of solutions that are fit for purpose and commercially viable
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF HCM Workday Consultant
- In depth knowledge of Human Capital Management experience
- Should be Workday Certified Consultant in HCM/Integration.
- Should have done with at least 2 to 4 project implementations.
Should be able to lead and effectively co-ordinate with Client and offshore team
