We are looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for leading direction, coordination, implementation, execution and delivery of a strategic initiative. Will lead internal and external resources on variety of projects ensuring that the overall performance is consistent with company strategy and goals. Will be responsible for change management.

- 7 YEARS AS A PM
- 3 YEARS AS A PM SUPPORTING HR SYSTEMS TO INCLUDE HCM - Talent Management, Learning Management, Recruiting Management, and Time & Attendance
- EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING PAYROLL/HR SYSTEM for a manufacturing company
- Any experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos, ADP, SuccessFactors, Ultimate Software, or PeopleFluent
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- PMBOK, PMI or other IT PMO methodology
