HCM Implementation Manager

HCM IMPLEMENTATION LEAD - 2 YEAR CONTRACT - GERMAN REQUIRED

Experis is currently supporting our global client with their search for an experienced Project Manager to implement their HCM solution (SuccessFactors/Workday) at their global HQ in Zurich. For this 2 year contract position based in Zurich, we are looking for a fluent English/German (French is a huge plus) speaking Project Manager who has already successfully implemented either SuccessFactors or Workday at a globally-operating company.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Leadership of Subproject HR core systems and management of the subprojects Process Design, IT/Interfaces, Payroll and Change Management
- Working hand in hand with external implementation partners as well as Software providers
- Project management including overall responsibility of budget, deadlines
- Stakeholder management and responsible for internal communication
- Planning and involvement from testing to go-live phase

WHAT BACKGROUND DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?

- English and German is a core requirement; fluency in French a plus
- You are a born multi-tasker and can manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Multiple years of proven experience in process design in global project(s)
- HR IT Know how (including Datamodelling, systems)
- Expert knowledge of either/or: SuccessFactors or Workday
- Expert knowledge and experience in SAP HCM or Abacus
