HCM/Benefits Analyst

My client is looking for a strong Business Analyst with a functional background to work on the Compensation/Benefits Workstream of a large HR transformation.

For this role essential experience required is;
- End-to-end HR Transformation experience working on either Workday or Oracle systems
- Compensation and Benefits experience,
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Commitment to delivering to the plan.
- Proactive with hands on attitude.
- Functional knowledge of HR Systems, operations and related technology and processes including ESS/MSS.
- Experience of working in HCM and Benefit systems implementation, of similar systems such as
- Experience of HR Transformation projects over 3 months length.
- Experience of SaaS implementation desirable.
- Significant project and change management experience in the above areas.
- Strong influencing and communication skills verbally and in writing.

Purpose of the Role

* Plan, organise, control deliverables for gathering business requirements, impact/gap analysis within the HR transformation.
* Manage business analysis activities in line with programme schedule to deliver required quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budget.
* Co-ordinate the acquisition and analysis of the data requirements to support data migration activities for HCM/Benefits components.
* Use specialist knowledge and/or experience of business areas or products to ensure all relevant information is available to guide design, build, test and implementation.
* Develop options to address the project requirements and recommend a preferred solution in conjunction with business processes and policies.
* Using analytical techniques make informed decisions to influence the direction of project and shape of solution put in place, ensuring it is the optimum solution for the business and through design assurance, fits with the strategic direction of HR.
* Provide input to project strategies, plans, training and communications.
* Take responsibility to support testing of business solutions and ensure they conform to business requirements.
* Liaise with 3rd party providers and other internal and external key stakeholders to determine requirements, design, build and testing.
* Lead meetings and workshops with representatives from other relevant business areas and across the wider HR Programme community.
* Ensure that quality assurance standards, risk and control governance and internal governance practices are adhered to.
