Our client can offer a 37.5 hour week in 4 days/3 day weekend.

We have an mmediate requirement for a Hardware, electronics, arm, pic, emc, smpsu, rs422, can, usb, wifi, adc, dac engineer to work on site for our client in Wiltshire. Feedback from candidates working on site is that it is a pleasant working environment. You will be working on a new version of their flagship product which saw turnover increase ten fold year on year. Candidates with drive and an opinion on best practice are particularly of interest.

This is a full life cycle project where candidates will be required to undertake an evaluation of electronic system concept & architecture. You will be required to carry out detailed circuit schematic design, evaluation testing and iteration.

Design skills:

- Digital electronics including Embedded microprocessors (eg, ARM, PIC)
- Analogue electronics (including EMC and thermal best practice)
- Power electronics (eg SMPSU's, low noise)
- Industrial control & data interfaces (RS422, CAN, USB, WiFi, ADC, DAC)
- PCB design best practice (using Altium and CadStar)
