Projektbeschreibung
The candidate must have 3-5 years' experience with providing on site end user support in a managed services organization.
DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES ARE:
- Solve all HW & SW incident calls which could not be solved remotely (by the servicedesk)
- Perform Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes & De-installs of user equipment
- Small HW repairs like change of memory, hard-disk, DVD drive etc.
- Good admin skills to register & maintain asset data base
- Windows 7 skills & preferably certified
- Good communication skills
- Stress resistance and responsibility
- Lenovo and/or Dell laptop+desktop HW knowledge
- Ability to work in a small onsite team
- Preferably have experience with Remedy as a Logging Tool
NEEDS TO LIVE IN A 25 KM RADIUS OF ROTTERDAM
NEEDS TO HAVE A CAR (SOMETIMES OTHER SITES HAVE TO BE VISITED THAT ARE NOT REACHABLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT)
