Hardware & Software Implementation Engineer - Field based - East Midlands

New opportunity is immediately available for a Hardware Engineer with some knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Server to work in a hardware and software implementation engineer's role for a leading international IT Consultancy. A field based role focused upon manufacturing clients, you should ideally have experience working previously in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong server hardware install and software installation skills are essential, along with strong design, documentation and testing skills to ensure quality standards are maintained for key blue chip clients. You must be prepared to undergo SC clearance. Travel is predominantly UK wide but may include occasional international travel. Your continued professional development will invested in. Salary: £23,000 to £28,000

Basis: Permanent

Start date: Notice period permitting

Location: Derby

Travel Requirements: c.50% field based, principally within the UK although international travel may be required from time to time.

Travel expenses: 45p per mile fuel allowance or use of a pool car, daily allowance paid for work away from home in addition to any hotel, train or plane costs which will be paid for by the company direct.
