Rate - €400-450 per day all inclusive

We're looking for a Hardware Project Leader for a temporary assignment of 4 months to support a proof-of-concept to be demonstrated at various leading tradeshows starting end of Q3 2014. The Hardware Project Leader will be responsible to help define the technical hardware requirements of this proof-of-concept, daily follow-up and technical review of the hardware design and bring-up activities at the ODM partner and takes care of the project management activities needed to timely build and deliver a limited quantity of hardware prototypes for tradeshows.

Experience and Requirements

*Master's degree (or similar by experience) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
*5+ years experience in hardware design and development
*Project management experience, including experience in managing an external ODM partner or major component sub-contractor
*Strong experience with high-speed PCB design and RF circuitry
*Strong experience and good understanding of ADSL/SHDSL/VDSL systems.
*Hardware design experience with at least 3 domains of 3G/4G technology, PLC, IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN, Zigbee/Z-Wave, Bluetooth and/or 868MHz home automation technologies
*Aware of the regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD, surges) to be considered for a design.
